Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with assigned client groups
Provide proactive HR support and guidance to leaders
Coach leaders on HR policies and employee relations
Execute HR functions including recruitment and onboarding
Maintain workforce metrics to inform HR strategies

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or equivalent in HR, Business Administration
3+ years HR experience, 2 years in advisory role
Positive understanding of HR disciplines
CPHR designation is a plus
Excellent judgment and results-oriented
