AGLC is seeking a detail-oriented QA Workplace Analyst in St. Albert to enhance our IT governance. Oversee non-production environments ensuring stability and security while aligning with enterprise releases.

This permanent, full-time role within the Information Technology Division requires exceptional organizational abilities. As a QA Environment Analyst, you will manage lifecycles of non-production environments, coordinate scheduling, and ensure readiness for testing. Strong analytical skills and relationship management are crucial to facilitate communication across teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage non-production environments' lifecycle planning and scheduling
- Maintain master calendars for provisioning and planned downtime




- Coordinate creation and maintenance of test data and accounts
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
- Facilitate go/no-go discussions for release readiness Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or IT
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent relationship management abilities
- Detail-oriented with organizational excellence
