Duties

- Properly sterilize, disinfect, and organize dental instruments using industry-standard protocols and equipment.
- Assist the dental team during patient procedures by handing instruments and ensuring all materials are ready and sterile.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and ensure compliance with infection control standards.
- Support the front desk team by managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service as a dental receptionist.
- Utilize dental software such as ClearDent to update patient records, appointment schedules, and treatment plans efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management of dental supplies and CAD (Computer-Aided Design)



tools used for orthodontic or restorative procedures.
- Ensure all clinical areas are clean, organized, and prepared for daily patient care, including pediatrics or specialized treatments like orthodontics.

Qualifications

- Valid Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required.
- Experience with sterilization procedures in a dental setting.
- Familiarity with dental software platforms such as ClearDent is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and orthodontics.
- Robust understanding of infection control protocols and sterilization standards.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
- Basic proficiency with CAD tools used in orthodontic or restorative procedures is a plus.
