Compensation: 60/40 Split (Practitioner retains 60%)

The Prospect We are one of Toronto’s highest-rated primary care clinics (4.8 stars on Google) and are looking for a Registered Physiotherapist to join our team on a full or part-time basis, with flexible scheduling.

You will work closely with our family doctors and nurse practitioners. You bring the clinical expertise; we provide a steady stream of internal referrals and full administrative support so you can focus entirely on patient care.

The Role





- Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for a diverse patient demographic, including chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, and athletic injuries.
- Collaborate with primary care providers to create coordinated care plans and improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain clear and accurate clinical records within our EMR system.
- Contribute to a "care-first" culture focused on accessible, long-term health solutions.

Qualifications

- Registration: Current member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Liability Insurance: Active professional liability insurance.
- Experience: Experience in a multidisciplinary or primary care setting is highly valued.
- Language (Asset): Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong asset for serving our local demographic, though not required.

Financial Structure

- 60/40 Split: You retain 60% of your billings. The clinic provides the physical space, reception, administrative infrastructure, and internal referral management so you aren't starting from scratch.

Pay: $60.00-$160.00 per hour
