Software Developer – Team LeadIXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people worldwide, is seeking a Software Developer Team Lead with a passion for technology and education. As part of the Integrations team, you will lead engineering efforts to design and develop tools and systems that simplify the integration of IXL with schools and districts, helping to work seamlessly with the technology ecosystems of our customers. This is a full‑time position in our Toronto, Ontario office. The work schedule is Monday‑Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.What You'll Be DoingLead engineering efforts, which includes planning projects, developing estimates, assigning work, and tracking statusDrive the development process for the team, including designing, coding, documenting, testing, debugging, and tuningCollaborate and communicate clearly across multiple development teamsWork cross‑functionally with product managers, designers,
