We are looking for an enthusiastic person that can provide guidance and will serve as a point of contact for our GSRs.HOURS OF WORKThis is apart-time positionand will typically be reporting 4 days per week or 32 hours per week. Working from 9am to 5pm, Tuesday to Friday with flexibility required for events and additional coverage. There is potential for additional hours during our peak summer season.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrative & Coordination Support:Oversee daily operations of the front desk including processing of credit card payments and maintaining the cash floatConduct facility tours,



manage tour schedules and act as a liaison between the CFE and our pool of tour volunteersManage inventory and place orders of CFE merchandise and office suppliesLeadership:Supervise the team of Guest Service Representatives by providing them direction, guidance and support during daily operationsCreate and oversee the team’s schedule and ensuring there is adequate coverage during operational hoursParticipate in interviews for any GSR vacancies and provide training for all recent hiresConduct performance reviews and provide feedback to the team, with input from the Executive Director and the Finance ManagerREQUIREMENTSCompletion of High SchoolMinimum of 1-year of prior experience in a leadership role1- 3 years of prior customer service experience, preferably in a front desk or administrative roleStrong communication, organizational skills and ability to work under pressureAbility to maintain positive team rapport and ability to work and communicate well with a teamKnowledge of MS Office, Point of Sale (POS) systems or DOS programs an assetMust be able to show flexibility (working other hours and/or providing coverage in the other roles as required)Pre knowledge of Aviation is not required, however interest in Aviation is a plusBENEFITSBenefits include (but are not limited to):Medical and Dental CoverageShort & Long-Term DisabilityHealth and Personal Spending AccountsPaid vacation and Personal time offPension matching plan and voluntary RRSPEmployee & Family Assistance ProgramSALARYThe wage band is CFE Salary Band 4, $21.03 to $26.24 per hour.
