If you've been looking for a practice where you can do meaningful work without sales quotas or corporate red tape, this is it.The OpportunityWe're hiring a Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner to cover a one-year maternity leave, beginning mid-July to early August 2026. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.Here's what makes this role worth a reliable look: if the clinic's growth supports it, this contract could transition into a permanent full-time or part-time position at the end of the term. We're building something here, and the right person could be part of that long-term.What You'll DoConduct comprehensive hearing assessments for adult clientsSelect, fit, program, and verify hearing instruments using best-practice protocols (including real-ear measurement)Provide thoughtful counselling to clients and their families on hearing loss, treatment options, and device carePerform hearing instrument adjustments, rechecks, and ongoing follow-up careTake ear impressions for custom productsMaintain thorough clinical documentationBuild genuine, lasting relationships with clients in our communityWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC) as a Hearing Instrument Practitioner, in good standingStrong clinical skills in hearing assessment, hearing aid selection, fitting,



and verificationPreferred1+ years of clinical experience in a dispensing environmentExperience with Blueprint OMS (an asset, but not required — we'll train)Familiarity with multiple hearing aid manufacturers and fitting software platformsComfort working independently in a small-team private practice settingNew graduates: If you're newly licensed and bring strong clinical instincts, confidence, and a genuine passion for hearing healthcare, we encourage you to apply.
