This role plans for all equipment maintenance updates and prepares regular maintenance schedules for all major equipment in the plant. The ability to assist the Engineering Department with CAD drawings and reverse engineering specialized tools is preferred.RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar positionExcellent planning/organizational skillsEquivalent of 1 year technical diploma from a community college and/or combination of experienceExcellent computer skills in Microsoft Word and ExcelKnowledge of EMaintenance or similar maintenance planning programsCAD (Solidworks, AutoCAD) experience preferredExperience in reverse engineering specialized tooling preferredStrong communicator in English, both written and oralAbility to work with others and supervise as necessaryExcellent attendanceMajor AccountabilitiesPrepare maintenance schedules using the information from EMaintenanceReview all equipment run timesReview daily production requirements against maintenance schedules to ensure production numbers are met while ensuring the equipment is properly maintainedBackup supervision of maintenance employeesMaintain minimum equipment maintenance standards to ensure productivityLiaise with production to ensure information is shared in a timely mannerSchedule outside contractors as necessaryEnsure that all necessary materials and supplies are in stock and reorder as necessaryPlan shutdown maintenance workAbility to source critical spares in a timely and effective mannerReview maintenance scheduling methods to ensure continuous improvementAssist Engineering Department with CAD technical drawings as requestedParticipate in internal quality audits to determine the effectiveness of the quality systemAbide by all company policies including, but not limited to the following; Health and safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human resources policies, and Martinrea Employee HandbookEnsure compliance with all applicable codes, standards and legislation including Environmental Legislation, O.
