You are eager to put your skills to use by helping us help our clients inject security at every level of their organization.As an Oracle Security SpecialistFocusing on platform security, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our enterprise applications including ERP, HCM, CX, and other critical business platforms. You will help drive efforts to harden environments,



improve security testing and governance, risk, and compliance. This role demands a proactive consultant who can design, implement, and test robust security configurations and access controls, specifically in Oracle Fusion, to meet unique client security requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Collaboration:Support client engagements, ensuring that deliverables meet contract and work plan objectives.Strengthen client relationships through regular interactions, understanding their business, and communicating expectations to the engagement team.Security Management:Design and enforce strict security configurations and access controls, addressing security requirements adequately during cloud migration or setup.Regularly review and refine security configurations, staying abreast of Oracle's product roadmaps, especially concerning security enhancements.Risk & Compliance Management:Develop and implement SoD policies, aligning them with business needs and compliance requirements.Monitor internal controls within Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP to ensure data integrity and compliance.Process Optimization:Design and implement efficient new joiner, mover, leaver processes.Basic QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in designing, implementing, and/or assessing Oracle Cloud security and SOD controls related to multiple versions of the Oracle Cloud application product suite.Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Oracle Cloud Security, including role designing across functional (HCM, ERP, EPM, CX, Report Security) and technical (e.G. - Security Console,



Setup & Maintenance, OIC) domain areas.Experienced with Oracle Cloud Risk Management Cloud (RMC) design, implementation or assessment experience, including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC).Proven experience on Oracle Cloud product implementations and configurations.Experienced with Business process risk & control design, implementation or assessment across finance, supply chain and human resource business cycles.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree.Industry-recognized Qualified Security certification (e.G. CISSP).Certifications in Oracle Core HR, Oracle Financials, or Procurement.Certified in Oracle Cloud Security Foundation or Professional.Professional AttributesExperience working for the Big 4 or Global SI is highly desired.Strong leadership and managerial skills.Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship-building skills.High-level proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking.Proactive and adaptable to learning new technologies and industry trends.Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.Ability to travel as required.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
