Associates’ role and responsibilities include leading and generating corporate finance analytics, developing client deliverables, mentoring and directing junior professionals and generally supporting senior professionals in business development and transaction execution activities. Typically, associates are involved in a variety of transactions and advisory projects such as mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt financing, strategic advisory/alternative projects and full capital structure solution projects.The role of an associate is challenging and rapid paced. It requires dedication, leadership, passion for the industry and a strong work ethic.More specifically, you will be required to:Assist in developing proposals to clients and potential clients for equity and debt placements, mergers, asset or company divestitures or acquisitions,
