Lead the evolution of user experience at Applied Systems as an Advanced UX Design Engineer. This position focuses on developing and refining design systems while promoting teamwork and innovation. Applied is looking for a creative thinker with a background in front-end development to contribute to the user experience of our core products.

You will collaborate with UX designers and stakeholders to ensure the design system meets user needs while maintaining consistency across platforms. The successful candidate will balance technical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, and stakeholders
Develop reusable patterns for product consistency

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience
5+ years of UX engineering experience
