Dairy Queen is looking for a responsible, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead the team.

Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager with daily operations
Lead and supervise crew members during shifts
Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
Handle cash, opening/closing procedures, and daily tasks
Train and support current employees
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Handle customer concerns professionally
Help keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy periods

Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or leadership experience is an asset
Robust communication and organizational skills
Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
Able to work independently and make decisions
Must be available for late-night closing shifts and split shifts
Adaptable availability, including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time Location: Dairy Queen Regent Street

Pay: $18.50-$22.50 per hour
