The Assistant Lodge

Manager ensures the smooth running of lodge operations, assists in administrative tasks, and fosters a team-oriented setting. This position is essential for maintaining CMH’s exceptional standards in guest experiences and staff engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Assist Lodge Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks
Provide direction and coaching to lodge staff
Act as a host and main contact for guests
Track inventory and manage bar stock
Support safety and health protocols at the lodge Requirements:
Post-secondary education in hospitality or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership in hospitality
Food Safe Certificate and Serving-it-Right
Experience with Point of Sale systems
