In this position at ADAPT, you'll be pivotal in delivering both individual and group counselling within a supportive, hybrid work workplace.

Your role will include evaluating interventions and developing wellness plans tailored to clients' needs, ensuring comprehensive care and crisis support. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate personal wellness plans and assessments
Deliver group counselling and crisis interventions
Maintain high standards for health record management
Engage with families for enhanced support
Support client navigation to necessary services Requirements:
Degree/diploma in Social Work or Health field
Minimum 5 years of counselling experience
Current CPR and First Aid certification needed
ASIST and CPI training required
