Job requirements
Relevant experience in a parts clerk position, preferably within the heavy equipment, machinery, or industrial vehicle industry.
Valuable knowledge of mechanical parts and heavy equipment components.
Ability to read and interpret electronic parts catalogs.
Experience with inventory management software or computer systems related to parts management.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and order-tracking skills.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with service and maintenance teams.
Solid attention to detail, resourcefulness, and professionalism.
