Conduct individual assessments to determine program suitability
Facilitate cognitive behavioral and trauma-based classes

Provide crisis counselling and make appropriate referrals
Record client progress in transparent, accurate logs Requirements:
Degree/diploma in Social Services with Addiction Concentration
CCAC certification or near completion within one year
Experience with marginalized populations in addiction services
Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
