and professionally push for speedy completion—while meeting daily processed call quotas.Perform any other tasks assigned by Manager or Team Lead.What YOU bring to the roleExcellent phone skills.Must be results‑oriented and motivated by targets.Problem‑solving with strong written and spoken communication skills.Resourceful with proficiency in using different search engines to locate contact information for medical facilities and/or doctors.Clear communicator who can capture key details quickly and simultaneously onto the system file (status notes).Good attention to detail and an innovative thinker who can creatively resolve long‑standing files to obtain reports.Can achieve a good quality/production balance.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with demonstrated skill in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems.Medical terminology knowledge is an asset.Enjoy communicating with and helping customers of all kinds.Have a customer‑centric approach.Very good written and verbal communication skills.Able to work collaboratively and professionally in a fast‑paced, sometimes stressful environment with competing deadlines.Pay Range:$18 per hour.EducationHigh School Education.
