Key Responsibilities:



- Develop and implement health and safety management systems - Co-Chair the Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings - Administer disability and group benefit claims - Prepare monthly health and safety reports - Educate employees on perks and wellness programs
Requirements: - Post-secondary education;
HR diploma is a strong asset - 3+ years in Health & Safety and benefits management - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dayforce - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Experience in disability management preferred
