The University of Toronto seeks an Assistant Professor in Global Anglophone Literature to contribute to research and teaching. This full time tenure stream role starts July 1, 2027, at St. George campus.
In this position within the Department of English, candidates will explore literature from South Asian, Middle Eastern, Caribbean, and Black Diasporic perspectives while engaging with postcolonial theory. A strong background in teaching and a record of significant research accomplishments are required.
Applicants should also have a firm grasp of creative and digital humanities.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
PhD in English or a closely comparable field
