In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Dietitian Practice Leader, assessing patient needs and implementing tailored nutrition care plans. Emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration and quality improvement, you'll provide education to healthcare teams and develop resources that promote health.
The position requires knowledge of current dietetic practices and the ability to adapt care plans to evolving patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to determine nutrition needs
Create and implement comprehensive patient care plans
Assess and adjust interventions based on patient responses
Provide educational support to interns and the healthcare community
Participate in research projects related to dietetic practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from an approved institution
Registration with the College of Health and Care Specialists
Valid BC Driver's License for business purposes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to function independently and as part of a team
Make a positive impact on patient health through your specialized dietetic knowledge.
