Conduct regular site inspections and generate reports
Perform reviews of progress claim reports including invoices

Stay updated on market rates and procurement strategies
Interpret specialist consultant reports impacting projects Requirements:
Maximum 2 years of relevant experience
Degree in Architecture, Construction, or Project Management
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Robust communication and detail orientation
