Facilitate communication with residents’ families and management
Monitor health conditions and care needs of residents
Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care
Collaborate in best practice programs
Support a positive, resident-focused culture Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in senior care
Proven excellence in dementia care
Completed LPN education from an accredited institution
Active practice permit with the provincial nursing college
