Identify residents' needs through communication and observation
Assist with admission assessments for recreational therapy




Share relevant information with rehabilitative team members
Participate in developing individualized recreation programs
Facilitate secure outings while managing attendance Requirements:
RTA Certificate is preferred
Current CPR certification is mandatory
Experience with seniors or recreational settings is beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Obtain a current Vulnerable Sector Check Support therapeutic programs that encourage engagement and well-being among residents at AgeCare as a Recreation Therapy Aide.
