Reporting to Ground Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing training schedules and ensuring the Ground Operations Manual is updated.

Organize trainer schedules aligned with priorities
Facilitate daily follow-ups with trainers system-wide




Distribute training calendar to relevant supervisors
Oversee updates to Ground Operations Manual
Support the Integrated Management System initiatives Requirements:
Fluency in French and English; Inuktitut an asset
5 years of aviation training experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional organizational skills and time management
