The role sits at the intersection of technology, public safety, and community engagement, ensuring reliable system performance, effective stakeholder coordination, and trauma‑informed support for victims in complex and high‑risk situations.Key ResponsibilitiesVictim Notification & Technical SupportServe as the primary technical support contact for participants in the Victim Notification Program, especially for complex and high‑risk cases.Support program participants in using technology in a trauma‑informed, victim‑centred manner, ensuring alignment with legislative and program requirements.Provide real‑time technical troubleshooting and operational support to ensure reliable performance of electronic monitoring and notification systems.System Monitoring & Incident ResponseRespond to alerts and support coordinated, timely responses with internal and external partners.Monitor system alerts and program information to support the stability of technology.Maintain situational awareness across interconnected systems to support informed operational decision‑making.Stakeholder Engagement & CoordinationWork closely with internal teams,



justice system partners, and stakeholders to support consistent communication and coordinated responses.Build and sustain effective working relationships that support shared accountability across EM, victim services, and justice partners.Program Improvement & AnalysisContribute to testing, validation, and implementation of system changes, provincial standards, and process improvements.Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen program effectiveness, consistency, and public safety outcomes.Knowledge & ExperienceUniversity graduation in a related field (e.G., victim studies, criminal justice, social work, sociology, human services, public administration) plus four years of progressively responsible experience in a related area.Strong understanding of electronic monitoring technologies and their application in a public safety or justice context.Demonstrated experience working in high‑risk, sensitive, or victim‑centred environments.Knowledge of trauma‑informed practices and the ability to apply them in operational settings.Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.Strong communication, problem‑solving,
