Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history and specific concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in compliance with health regulations.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals if necessary.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols.
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain procedures, address questions, and ensure comfort throughout sessions.




- Stay informed about the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices to continually enhance your skills.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a relaxing and positive experience for clients.
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment plans and listen attentively to client feedback.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a team-oriented environment.
- Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist from an accredited program is required.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
