About Us

At Mindful Momentum Therapy (MMT), we believe therapy should feel human, collaborative, and supportive — not clinical and cold. We’re a growing, modern therapy practice that offers psychotherapy for children, teens, adults, and couples using approaches like CBT, ACT, SFT, DBT, mindfulness, somatic practices, and play therapy.

The Role

We’re looking for a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) to join our team. This is ideal for a clinician who already has a steady caseload of 10+ weekly clients and is searching for a place to grow their practice with referrals, flexible hours, and a supportive team.

If you’re tired of juggling everything alone whether it be intake, billing, marketing, admin or if you’re simply ready to bring your clients into a space that feels like “home,” this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

- Provide psychotherapy sessions (in-person at our Burlington office and/or virtually across provinces where permitted)
- Maintain a caseload of at least 10-15 clients per week (depending on seniority)
- Keep clinical documentation in line with CRPO standards
- Join in team consultation, collaboration, and optional peer support

Who You Are

- Registered (or qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and in good standing
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Carry professional liability insurance
- Maintain a minimum caseload of at least 15 weekly clients
- Compassionate, ethical, and aligned with MMT’s values of growth, authenticity, and collaboration
- Looking for a long-term professional home where you and your clients are supported

Compensation

- Competitive percentage split model (based on experience and caseload)
