Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Mental Health Rehabilitation Start Date: ASAP End Date: September 30, 2026 Shift Schedule: Full-time Days & Nights ? 07:30–19:30 | ? 19:30–07:30 About the Opportunity Join a dedicated Mental Health Rehabilitation team where you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering patient-centered mental health care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities - Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based mental health nursing care.
- Assess, monitor, and support patients with mental health and psychosocial needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Build therapeutic relationships that promote recovery, independence, and overall well-being.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to professional standards.
