We are looking for an experienced and reliable Site Team Lead to oversee day-to-day activities on residential construction and renovation projects throughout the GTA.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong experience in framing, drywall, painting and flooring, along with the ability to coordinate workers, manage job-site priorities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with their hands while also taking responsibility for leading a small site team.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise workers on residential construction and renovation sites

Coordinate daily tasks and ensure work is completed according to project timelines

Perform and oversee framing, drywall, painting and flooring work

Review job-site priorities and organize materials, tools and workers accordingly

Ensure work is completed accurately and to a high-quality standard

Identify issues on site and communicate solutions to management

Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades as required

Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment

Monitor materials and advise when additional supplies are required

Ensure workers follow appropriate safety procedures

Provide hands-on support with construction and renovation tasks

Complete basic repairs and troubleshooting when required

Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is an asset

Take photos and provide regular updates on job progress





Assist with estimating materials and planning upcoming work

Perform other site and supervisory duties as required

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of construction/renovation experience

Strong hands-on experience with:

Framing

Drywall

Painting

Flooring

Previous supervisory or team lead experience required

Strong understanding of residential construction and renovation

Ability to read and follow plans and measurements

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Basic plumbing knowledge is an asset

Basic electrical knowledge is an asset

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Reliable, punctual and qualified

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are an asset

Physically capable of performing hands-on construction work
