This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and 3 days in the office, ensuring you have the best of both worlds.Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesSource, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for a variety of rolesManage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiationBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniquesEnsure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communicationStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processesRequirements:Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment,



preferably in a fast-paced environment (2-3 years of experience)Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsA proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for finding the best talentAt Humans of HR, we support the development and growth of our candidates to reach their full potential.
