and problem‑solving skills.Time management and flexibility with service times.Initiative and trustworthiness toward the job.Ability to lead and teach.QualificationsClass 5 Driver’s license and reliable vehicle (compensated for personal vehicle use as per the Collective Agreement).Able to pass a criminal record check.Outgoing and creative personality.Computer and documentation skills, including writing, completing logs, and creating overviews.Comfortable dealing with varying degrees of individual needs and abilities.Union membership is required for this position.We are looking for individuals with flexible schedules, rotating between days and evenings, weekdays and weekends, at 37.5 hours per week. Dates and times for shifts will vary based on individuals supported.BCGEU unionized position, Grid level 10.
