Reporting into the CTO, you will coach and mentor a team of developers to help scale, maintain, and guide the technical trade‑offs between systems across our software platform.ResponsibilitiesGuiding and mentoring members of the engineering team while providing coaching in 1:1s and running effective performance reviews.Creating a positive, diverse,
