As an Outlet Server you will serve primarily in one outlet but may work in other outlets or banquets based on your skill level.Key ResponsibilitiesSet tables and maintain proper table maintenance.Take menu orders and serve food and beverage to guests.Provide superior customer service, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner and satisfying customer requests within established rules of etiquette.Understand and adhere to restaurant‑specific standards of service.Comply with the Liquor License Act and all Casino Rama Policies and Procedures.Maintain a professional appearance according to company grooming policy.Maintain a high level of professionalism, positive demeanor, and service etiquette at all times.Work cooperatively with supervisors and co‑workers,



promoting excellent employee relations.Be responsible for self‑tender and using a P.O.S. system as required by the outlet schedule.Perform other duties as required based on the needs of the assigned outlet.What You BringAt least 1 year of direct customer service experience in a rapid‑paced environment; similar position preferred.Ability to use a P.O.S.
