Processing billions of data points a day, Geotab leverages data analytics and machine learning to improve productivity, optimize fleets through the reduction of fuel consumption, enhance driver safety and achieve solid compliance to regulatory changes.Who you areWe are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will play a critical role in driving user‑centered design, leading initiatives from initial discovery through to implementation. This role will focus specifically on our MyAdmin platform, a complex customer management tool for billing, device management, returns, and support tickets. You will need to work with vast amounts of data and interact with multiple different user personas. If you love technology and are keen to join an industry leader, we would love to hear from you.What you’ll doAs a Senior Product Designer, your key area of responsibility is contributing to the product design vision, collaborating with the design team, and working with other designers to simplify complexity and build features customers ask for. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including Product Management, Product Ops, Development, Customer Success, and Data Science to lead discovery and research, focusing on creating and evolving user personas and journey maps to define and optimize the customer management experience within the platform.To be successful,



you will be a self‑starter and a strong storyteller with great initiative, emphasizing design as a strategic asset to help improve the organization’s design capabilities. You will have strong analytical and systematic design skills, the ability to identify needs, develop effective solutions, and manage projects through completion. You will also manage multiple timelines and contrasting priorities to ensure timely results.How you’ll make an impactDrive design initiatives in cross‑functional teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring seamless integration of design solutions throughout the product development lifecycle.Take a proactive role in identifying opportunities to enhance design capabilities and effectiveness, initiating improvements in design methodologies, tools, and workflows to optimize efficiency and deliver exceptional user experiences.Lead efforts in building and maintaining a scalable component library, ensuring consistency across the product, and regularly updating documentation to reflect design system changes.Conduct research, user testing, and analysis to gain deep insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, guiding the development of user‑centered design solutions.Share knowledge within the design team, mentoring and supporting junior designers to foster professional growth and excellence.Advise your manager on user‑centric design principles and best practices, ensuring that design solutions align with user needs and industry standards.Gather requirements and align design efforts with business objectives, actively seeking opportunities to improve the overall product experience.Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices,
