OverviewHourly rate:$21.45 - $21.70 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.Position:Assistant Store ManagerThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This role helps drive maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours.
