In this role, you will design, deliver, and manage learning programs that build capability across the organization and directly support program delivery.Working closely with program leadership, technical teams, and HR,



you will act as a strategic partner, facilitator, and coach—ensuring our people have the skills, tools, and development pathways needed to succeed in a fast‑paced infrastructure environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement PACT‑wide learning strategies, capability frameworks, and development roadmaps across all business functionsPartner with Program Leadership, Directors, HSE, Technical, Commercial and Construction teams to identify learning needs and address performance gapsFacilitate or coordinate in‑person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs aligned with PACT’s values and behavioursLead structured onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring alignment with governance, safety and PACT cultureSupport PMO and HR initiatives related to talent mapping, performance frameworks and internal mobility pathwaysMeasure and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, data and continuous improvement practicesManage the L&D calendar, training records, participation tracking and competency reportingProvide coaching and guidance to leaders and teams to strengthen collaboration, communication and team performanceSupport culture‑building initiatives,



employee engagement activities and cross‑partner collaborationManage relationships with external training vendors, learning partners and certification bodies as requiredChampion a continuous learning culture and support change‑management initiatives related to new systems, processes or organisational changeEducation and Experience5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development or a related business partnering roleExperience designing and delivering learning programs within the construction or infrastructure industryStrong facilitation, presentation and coaching skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiencesProven experience developing competency frameworks, onboarding programs and people‑management development initiativesSolid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design and change managementStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse teams and joint‑venture partnersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with e‑learning and blended learning tools (experience with Synthesia considered an asset)Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesCollaborative, people‑focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvementWorking ConditionsOffice‑based positionAll employees must successfully complete a RAIC and criminal background checkEqual Prospect StatementKenaidan is an inclusive and equal opportunity employer committed to providing diversity and accommodation for applicants upon request in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).This is a full‑time position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
