Role: AI Trainer Market Research Analysts

Type: Short-Term Contract (9 Weeks)

Compensation: $55 $82 per hour

Location: Remote

Work Schedule: Flexible, up to 40 hrs/week with a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST

Role Responsibilities

- Create and evaluate expert-level market research and analytics tasks and gold-standard solutions.
- Develop realistic scenarios covering research methodology, survey design, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and consumer insights.
- Review AI-generated outputs for methodological accuracy, analytical quality, relevance, and practical application.
- Analyze market trends and nuanced datasets to identify insights, strengths, weaknesses, and potential methodological issues.
- Develop and evaluate qualified deliverables such as research design plans, survey instruments, data analysis reports, and consumer insight decks.
- Apply established grading rubrics and quality standards to evaluate AI outputs.
- Review and calibrate team outputs, incorporate feedback, and refine tasks under senior review.
- Ensure tasks and datasets are technically accurate, realistic, and solvable using standard research tools.

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in market research,



marketing analytics, or consumer insights.
- Demonstrated experience with survey design, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and market research methodologies.
- Proven ability to produce professional deliverables such as research plans, survey instruments, analytical reports, and consumer insight presentations.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate nuanced data, market trends, and methodological strengths and weaknesses.
- Excellent attention to detail when reviewing research scenarios, datasets, and analytical outputs.
- Strong written communication skills for creating clear prompts, realistic business scenarios, and structured evaluation rubrics.
- Ability to work independently, incorporate calibration feedback, and iterate under senior review.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
