Duties

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by adhering to food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures.
- Assist with food presentation, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.




- Support kitchen operations by managing time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy hours.

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow!
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations.
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
- Kitchen or food industry experience is a plus; serving or cashiering background is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn upselling techniques to promote menu items and increase sales.
