advantages plan including health, dental andvision, and a pension plan after 1 year. About this Position - This role is responsible for leading, managing, coordinating andimplementing the customer scope of work within a designated area, to provideexceptional Janitorial Services.

- You will also be responsible for increasing revenue from existing customers andmanaging a mobile workforce.

Duties and Responsibilities - Participate in the development and implementation plans for customer(i.e. waxing schedules/, budgets, potential add on sales opportunities) - Build strong relationships with customers and sub contractors - Responsible for training subcontractors and employees on required legislatedtraining (WHMIS, Health & Safety, etc.) and United cleaning specifictraining - Lead all process initiatives and work with senior management to identify trendsand process gaps.

- Analyze and control store budgets,



monitor expenses for operations and developstrategies to decrease costs and increase profitability at store level - Implement transitions of new business in customer locations in compliance withtransition process - Support in Hiring/Recruitment/Training/Performance Management/Termination ofsubcontractors - Work in compliance with Health & Safety policies and legislation Job Requirements - Available to address customer and subcontractor needs and concerns in atimely manner - Ability to work flexible shifts on a rotation basis including evenings andnights - Willing to travel frequently within the designated territory - Ability to work in a fast-paced & high stress environment and solveproblems effectively - Valid driver’s licence and good driving record Skills- Qualifications - Business acumen, strong verbal and written communication skills - Active listening skills, time management, leadership skills, autonomy,competent with technology - Managing budgeting & costing within janitorial operational environments - Knowledge of floor-care and cleaning procedures is an asset - Ability to motivate a mobile team of sub-contractors Education/Experience - Degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Janitorial industry or any other dynamicoperational environment - 3 – 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
