Compensation for this position is $50,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience and education, and this position is performance-based bonus eligible.The RoleThis is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at our Medicine Hat branch.Order Processing – 50% of your time is spent hereFulfilling orders with on-hand parts, processing orders from our PDC’s, other dealers or suppliers, and notifying customers of any ETA updates or when parts arrive.Has a willingness to learn and effectively use the company business system (Procede) and all other online programs (CAT, Cummins, Paragon, etc.) required to fulfill the duties of a parts person and serve our customer.Customer Service and Support – 40% of your time is spent hereAcknowledge all customers as they arrive in the facility and serve them in a timely and efficient manner.Provide a high level of service to all of our customers, internal or external.



Communicate well with and support other dealership personnel and departments.Ad hoc duties – 10% and it’s important!Replenishes assigned display areas, ensures pricing is accurate, and keeps the area clean and organized for customers.Participates in all training programs that are made available and attends all department meetings.Processes credit card and debit transactions, performs product return inspections, and completes refunds and core credits.Education / CertificationMinimum high school diploma requiredJourneyman Parts Technician certification preferredExperienceMinimum two years of parts experience in the heavy equipment or commercial vehicle industryMust be professional, organized, and able to work in a high-pressure setting safely3 Things To Be Successful as a Parts TechnicianTechnical knowledge and expertiseAlways willing to help outAttention to detail and accuracy#J-18808-Ljbffr
