You are responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operation of the branch in compliance with the company’s established policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety programs. Working with the leadership team, you play a key role in attaining the company’s short and long‑term objectives. As part of the management team, you play a key role in recruiting and developing our employees.Position duties also include the completion of any additional tasks or projects as requestedQualifications & Experience3+ years management experience in heavy equipment or related industryStrong leadership capabilities with the ability to develop and maintain a strong team atmosphere focused on building the business while providing quality serviceProven track record of increasing salesSuperior customer relations skillsStrong problem solving and conflict resolution skillsGood communications skillsGood computer and systems knowledgeStrong technical background and capable of communicating with technicians and customers regarding parts and serviceWhat do we expect from you?Service First. You will direct all operational aspects of the branch including human resources, parts, service, and administration to support attaining monthly and annual budgets. You will also develop and drive forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for all departments of the branch and keep your receivables under control.Relationships. We are a family, and you’ll soon build positive working relationships with all branches, management, and leadership teams by participating in initiatives, meetings, sharing best practices and business ideas. You will have the support of a Regional Manager and some of the best people in the business on a corporate level.Diligence. You will consistently identify financial or operational deficiencies and issues and develop creative solutions to address them.
