Position SummaryA Asset Protection Operations Team Associate maintains store financial integrity and accuracy, pricing integrity, inventory control and profitability. This associate coordinates and efficiently processes direct and local merchandise for delivery to the sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience.What You'll DoEnsures high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in a designated location.Processes direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and receiving of warehouse trailers.Ensures a neat, clean and organized work area in receiving, claims, and offices.Follows guidelines for cold chain compliance to ensure quality assurance, including documenting all necessary information on the Receiving Temperature Log / Spark App.Assists in shrink prevention by scanning all damaged and stolen merchandise in a timely manner.Maintains all up-to-date returns, vendor return requests (RA), recalls, paperwork, packing and shipping, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within any deadlines as per company guidelines; handles all SORT,and Global Donation Merchandise.Monitors merchandise being returned through claims and protects assets by ascertaining proper process and handling regarding shrink, in order to keep charge backs to a minimum.
