This role sits within a dynamic team that supports both compliance oversight and monitoring and testing activities, offering robust development potential for early-career professionals.What you will achieve in this role:Execute compliance monitoring and testing activities across various business unitsSupport internal audits and ensure adherence to established policies and proceduresAssist with monthly reporting and contribute to deadline-driven deliverablesContribute to the ongoing development and rollout of the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) programSupport regulatory compliance initiatives including KYC, AML, and FINTRAC-related processesMaintain and update policies, procedures, and internal training documentationAssist with internal inspections, information control programs, and regulatory reviewsParticipate in Bloomberg reviews and other compliance checksSupport Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and disaster recovery exercisesAssist with system transitions related to BCP (MetroTech / Fusion)Coordinate with internal teams during disaster recovery testing and exercises Act as a key support function across compliance and operational risk initiativesWhat you must bring to this role:1 to 3 years of experience in compliance, audit, monitoring and testing, or a related fieldExposure to Business Continuity Planning (BCP) or disaster recovery processes is an assetExposure to AML, KYC,
