Mount Pleasant Kids CoordinatorThe Mount Pleasant Kids Coordinator joins the Mount Pleasant Children’s Pastor and the Tenth Kids team to create a joyful, worshipful, and engaging environment for children (birth to age 12) to learn, grow, and thrive in faith. This role partners with parents and caregivers and equips leaders and teachers to shape meaningful, Christ-centered experiences for every child.Ways You Will ContributeMP Kids MinistryOnboard, train, and equip leaders and helpers for Kids MinistrySupport integration of curriculum for MP Kids ServicesPrepare and support weekly MP Kids services (setup, execution, and leadership as required)Identify and invite potential leaders from the site to serve in Kids MinistryCommunicate weekly curriculum and ensure leaders are prepared to teachLead weekly services for nursery, toddler, preschool, or older kids as requiredCoordinate weekly service roles, schedules, and lesson deliveryEnsure health, safety and risk management standards are implemented and maintainedProvide ongoing check‑ins, encouragement, and support for volunteers and identify opportunities for growth on Sundays in‑person or onlineConnect with parents on Sundays and throughout the weekParticipate in Tenth MP events to connect with children, families,



and caregiversOtherParticipate in MP team meetings, TK team meetings, staff meetings (minimum monthly), training, and retreats as requiredWhat You BringRelevant Bachelor’s degree preferred (i.E.
