Job OverviewOur Client is looking for a Senior Manager SAP SD and Trade Management (TPM) to join in a permanent capacity.Start: April/May 2026Location: Toronto, ONWork Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsiteSalary Range: $130K - $158KRoleThe Sr. Manager, SAP Sales/Distribution (SD) and Trade Management (TPM) Applications leads the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide SAP solutions. This leadership role ensures SAP systems align with organizational goals, drive operational efficiency, and meet compliance standards. The role combines technical depth, people management, and innovation to enable scalable and cost‑effective IT service delivery.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement IT strategies aligned with enterprise business goals.Establish a strategic vision for digital innovation and transformation.Foster a collaborative and cutting-edge environment that promotes professional growth and high team performance through managing a large team of SAP professionals delivering projects and support.Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP ERP and third-party solutions across business units.Oversee system performance and user experience of SAP modules SD and TPM along with other software solutions such as OroCommerce, Koerber and Ortec.Act as a liaison between IT and senior business unit leaders to align technology with organizational needs.RequirementsUniversity degree (or equivalent level of work experience)SAP Certification in SD and/or TPM15+ years of implementing and supporting SAP across different industriesExperience in implementing and supporting CRM systemsExpert knowledge in SAP systems, cloud platforms, and digital transformation practices.Experience in solution architecture, operations, and system reliability.Experience in the consumer packaged goods industryStrong written and verbal communication skills.Strong vendor negotiation and contract management abilities.Proven track record of delivering high-impact IT projects in complex environments.Must have Work Authorization for Canada.#J-18808-Ljbffr
