Position SummaryTo assist in the leadership of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes through partnership with the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.What You’ll DoProviding excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.Assisting in providing direction and the co‑ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.Assessing the overall presentation of the General Merchandise and Fashion Departments, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required.Delegating, assisting,
