Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits of various items
- Provide knowledgeable advice on technology products and solutions to support customer decisions
- Upsell complementary items and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product placement to ensure an appealing shopping environment




- Demonstrate excellent time management by efficiently balancing multiple customer interactions throughout shifts

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sectors
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and technical sales enhances success in this role
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for engaging customers confidently
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, cash handling, and basic math is required
- Proven organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels efficiently
- Customer service experience demonstrating patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
