We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at our St Laurent studio for a seasonal position until mid-January 2026. As a Sales Advisor at Magenta, you will play a key role in guiding our clients through their entire purchasing journey, from booking appointments to finalizing sales. You will help deliver an exceptional customer experience by sharing your passion for our products and services while ensuring the success of our studio.

Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will be interacting with customers to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. This role requires a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail workplace.

Duties:

- Welcome and advise customers on our products and services.
- Schedule appointments and manage customer calendars.
- Assist customers throughout their purchasing process, from initial consultation to final sale.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products to answer questions and guide customer choices.
- Contribute to inventory management and studio organization.
- Actively participate in achieving the studio's sales targets.

Requirements:

- Experience in sales or customer service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.




- Ability to multitask while remaining results-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive work environment.
- Experience in photography or related fields is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable working with young children and capable of creating a memorable customer experience.
