Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology and products, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Duties

- Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed product demonstrations, especially for technology-related items
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage product merchandising to ensure attractive displays and organized shelves
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Conduct customer service interactions with professionalism, including phone etiquette and addressing customer inquiries
- Maintain organized stock areas and ensure products are well-presented
- Support inventory management and assist with stock replenishment as needed




- Provide technical support or product explanations to help customers make informed decisions
- Handle cash register operations efficiently while ensuring accuracy in transactions

Skills

- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technology sales is advantageous
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills for transaction accuracy
- Customer service-oriented with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively engage customers through upselling techniques
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Familiarity with retail environment standards including merchandising, inventory management, and sales processes
