Scarborough Mitsubishi is looking for someone who is ready to do automotive sales differently. The International Auto Group (IAG) proudly represents seven dealerships across the GTA and 10 legendary automotive brands. At Scarborough Mitsubishi, we're looking for a next-generation Sales & Leasing Consultant who understands that today's car buyer doesn't always start their journey by walking through the front door.

What We're Looking For

- Are confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people
- Enjoy social media and understand platforms such as Instagram,



Facebook, TikTok, and video content
- Are comfortable—or willing to become comfortable—in front of a camera
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Are motivated, competitive, and enjoy achieving goals
- Want to build a career and not just work another job
- Have automotive sales experience and OMVIC-certified or who has been recently OMVIC-certified and in good standing

Previous new-car dealership experience is preferred, with a minimum of six months of experience being ideal. However, we are most interested in finding the right personality, attitude, work ethic, and desire to succeed . This is also an excellent opportunity for someone currently working at another dealership who feels they have more to offer and is looking for a fresh opportunity to grow, develop their skills, and become part of a progressive team.

What you'll need to succeed:

- Valid G Driver's Licence in good standing with a vehicle
- Valid OMVIC Licence in good standing OR newly certified
- CRM customer information entry, lead assignments, communications and follow up's on all contacts
- Ability to take pictures,



video's and post on all major social platforms and internal platforms
- Ability to follow process and structure
- Availability to work some evenings and every Saturdays
